Actually on October 3, 2018 Pi Beta Phi was sanctioned for violating Section VI E: Organizational Responsibility and Section VI A.9: Hazing. The “WARNING” they received ended on October 4, 2019. Looks like the Office of Student Conduct doesn’t actually care much about stopping hazing activities since they only got a warning.
